1. This page should insert the user data into a mysql db.
2. After submitted, the user should be redirected to the verify-account.php page.
3. The user should also be sent an email with their account details.
4. The email should contain a link which MUST be clicked in order for them to be able to actually login. This link should direct the user to login.php.
